Today, second-generation builders Nick and Emilio Lupi continue the standard established by their father. Their leadership remains hands-on and intentional, ensuring each home reflects the same level of care, discipline, and accountability that has defined the Lupi name since the beginning. Their late brother Luciano’s uncompromising approach to quality control remains deeply embedded in how every home is built.
Over time, materials have advanced, technologies have improved, and design has evolved. What has not changed is our responsibility to the families who trust us.

A Legacy Begins
Antonio Lupi founds Lupi Construction Ltd. in Calgary, guided by a belief that homes built with integrity and craftsmanship will stand the test of time.
1999
The Next Generation Leads
With the second generation assuming leadership, the Lupi name evolves into Lupi Luxury Homes, continuing a legacy of craftsmanship with renewed focus and vision.
2021
Honouring a Lasting Influence
The Lupi family establishes the Luciano Lupi Memorial Scholarship at SAIT, honouring his legacy and commitment to craftsmanship and future generations.
